FUTURE WARSOP – A Mayoral Investment in our Community
We are delighted to share with you that Warsop Parish Council have been successful in our funding application to The East Midlands Mayor's Community Development Fund.

This fund will support projects designed to build skills, strengthen resilience and help residents shape the future of their own neighbourhoods in ten priority areas – one of which is Market Warsop.
As part of the consultation exercises last year, we discovered strong support for increased youth-based work/tackling anti-social behaviour, enhancements to Swallows Green, building on the community work already established there and for more grassroots funding, encouraging action from within our neighbourhood. Therefore, our application has been community-inspired and the people of Market Warsop will help us shape its delivery.
The Mayor, Claire Ward has listened to us and is investing in Future Warsop. We are very much looking forward to getting started.
