Burns Lane Closure – Petition Launched
A petition has been launched, objecting to the closure of Burns Lane.

The Parish Council believes residents deserve to be properly informed and consulted on any proposals that could significantly affect travel, access, and connectivity within our community.
In the absence of meaningful engagement, we are asking residents to make their views known by signing a petition a resident has launched. We understand that many of you have already objected to Stages 1 and 2 of the Consultation. However, this petition will be sent to the County Councillor, who will then present this to Full Council at Nottinghamshire.
If you object to this proposed closure, the petition is available to sign at the following locations until the 30th September 2026.
- Vibrant Warsop
- Lifespring (Town Hall)
- Inspire Library (Warsop Library – High St)
- Warsop Post Office (High Street)

The petition will also be available to sign at the Parish Council meetings on the following dates between 6.30pm – 7.30pm:
- Monday 20 July
- Monday 14th September
- Thursday 17th September
- Monday 21st September
