You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Future Warsop Grassroots Grants Committee which will be held on Thursday 17th September 2026 commencing 6.30pm at
Lifespring (old Town Hall). The business of the meeting is set out in the agenda below.
An invitation has also been sent to the Relationship Manager at EMCCA.

| GC-26-04 | Grassroots Funding Round 1:
a.) Confirmation that members have scored all applications fairly b.) To count the scores from the assessment/matrix for each application and discuss results/scores c.) Approve full awards up to a combined total of £4,500 – include any partial awards d.) Authorise Clerk to transfer funds for each award, inform applicants if they are unsuccessful and offer feedback if required and publish list of successful applicants e.) Agree process and dates for monitoring and feedback forms of successful applicants |
