HR-25-11 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and consider any dispensation requests received by the Clerk
HR-25-12 To consider if any items on the agenda require the exclusion of public and press under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 during the consideration of items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
HR-25-13 To consider extending the locum Clerk’s temporary contract beyond the initial period due to come to an end in August.

After some detailed discussion the committee resolved to extend the locum clerk’s contact until 12 September 2025. Furthermore, the committee requested a Full Council meeting 08 September to confirm appointments to the permanent positions following interviews 04 and 05 September. |
