Councillors agreed to send a letter of objection to the proposals on the 9th September 2025. Councillors were against the proposals in the consultation. |

| 2025-72 | Additional General Items added after agenda re-issued:
a.) To discuss the dates for the next meetings due to having no Clerk It was agreed to hold a F&GP Committee Meeting on the 15th September instead of a full council meeting so that any urgent matters can be discussed and addressed. All in favour. b.) To discuss the new .gov.uk email addresses Councillors reported that not all of them were yet fully functional. The four district councillors have declined to use theirs as they already hold a .gov domain for Mansfield District Council. c.) To discuss formally thanking Barry Snowdon (Street cleaner) It was agreed to send Barry Snowdon a letter of thanks and appreciation on his leaving. A card will be sent from the Parish Council and an invite included to attend the Warsop Council Winterfest. to receive an award of recognition. The Councillors would like to do this award annually. Proposed by Cllr Burgin, seconded by Cllr Hardy. All in favour. d.) To discuss the new Mayor’s Fund application The capital funding grant issued by Mayor Claire was discussed, £242k over 3 years plus an £8,000 pot for smaller groups to apply from. Councillors agreed that the Parish Council needs a business plan writing. Cllr Burgin proposed that the Parish Council use up to £2000 to pay a company to write it. Vibrant Warsop will also to be approached. This was seconded by Cllr Burgin and agreed. e.) To consider elected an additional member to the F&GP Committee Cllr McGuinness proposed that Cllr Hardy join the committee. This was seconded by Cllr Bonsall and all Councillors agreed. |
